In addition, Fares uses his own experienced team as principal site contractors on the majority of projects. ‘It seemed a logical decision to cover both elements of the design and build service. Personally, I enjoy being involved in the entire process and, for clients, there is a clear advantage in having a single point of contact and streamlined communication and project management.
